This website sets no cookies and does not track you, unless you allow the Meta pixel. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

When you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address to send it to you. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe.

We send unreleased music to DJs and press through private promo links. When you use one, we store the name and comment you write and whether the comment is private; your downloads (time, format, number of tracks); for personal links, when and how often the page was opened; and, with comments and downloads, a hashed IP address and your browser's user agent, to prevent abuse. Your browser keeps your own comment so you can download again without retyping it.

If we contacted you, we also keep your name, email, public profile links, notes on why the music may fit you, and our email conversation with you. We do this to send promos, get feedback and keep in touch with DJs and press, based on our legitimate interest, while we work with you, and delete it when you ask.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to reply and for our records.

Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage) and Google (Gmail for promo emails). Some of them may process data outside Serbia and the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and object to its use. Write to us: info@overhaul.cc

You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
